Summertime favourite with a Captain Spiced twist

What you'll need

For one serving

  • 1.5 fl ozCaptain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
  • 1 fl ozLemon Juice
  • 1 fl ozSimple syrup
  • Top with Soda
  • 1 Lemon Wedge for Garnish

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake.

  2. Strain into a coupe glass.

  3. Garnish with lemon wedge.
