Coquito Drink

The creamy Coquito cocktail is a bounty reserved for only the most deserving buccaneers. Made from a criminally good combination of spiced rum, coconut rum, coconut cream, coconut ice cream and spices, it’s the Caribbean’s version of Christmas eggnog that was first invented by Spanish invaders in Puerto Rico.

The addition of nutmeg and cinnamon help to make our Coquito recipe a particularly festive treat, while a drop of our Captain Morgan Loconut Rum gives it an even stronger tropical twist.

If your taste buds are feeling adventurous, why not add in some vanilla or crushed cloves? Coquito is best served iced cold but without ice cubes. Try making up the mix and storing it in the fridge before serving to ensure it’s extra refreshing.
