Captain Jungle Bird

Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, Campari and pineapple juice mix to make a drink that bursts with tropical flavors. 

What you'll need

For one serving

  • 1.5 fl ozCaptain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
  • 0.5 fl ozBitter Aperitivo
  • 0.5 fl ozSimple syrup
  • 1.5 fl ozFresh pineapple juice
  • 0.5 fl ozFresh lime juice
  • Pineapple wedge to garnish

Method

  1. Add a couple of cubes of ice to a short glass. 

  2. Combine the Captain Morgan, Bitter Aperitivo, simple syrup, pineapple juice and lime juice to the glass and stir. 

  3. Finish off with a wedge of pineapple to garnish.
