This unique take on the legendary Cuban Mojito is a dangerously delicious and refreshing white rum cocktail that’s bound to hit the spot. It’s most definitely best enjoyed on the beach under the shade of a palm tree.
While our Watermelon Mojito recipe includes all the classic ingredients of our regular Mojito, the wily Captain has taken it even further by adding a shot of limited edition Captain Morgan Watermelon Smash into the mix.
Try using crushed ice instead of cubes to keep your Mojito cocktail cooler for longer. For an extra fruity garnish, scoop out some watermelon balls and fix them to a cocktail stick.

For one serving
- 45 Captain Morgan Watermelon Smash
- 15 Captain Morgan White Rum
- 20 Lime juice
- 20 Simple syrup
- 1 Dash of club soda
- 1 Handful of mint leaves
- 3 Watermelon balls
- 1 Glassful of crushed ice
Muddle the mint leaves, simple syrup and lime juice in a tall glass.
Fill up the glass with crushed ice.
Pour in the Captain Morgan Watermelon Smash and the Captain Morgan White Rum.
Stir well and top up with club soda.
Garnish with the watermelon and mint leaves.
