Apple 'n' Ginger Captain

Choose a chilly winter blend of Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold, spicy ginger beer and a touch of apple juice. F-f-f-fantastic!

What you'll need

  • 50 Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold
  • 100 Ginger beer/Ale
  • 50 Apple juice
  • 1 Lime wedge
  • 1 Cinnamon stick

Method

  1. Fill the glass with ice cubes

  2. Add 50ml Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold or Dark Rum

  3. Fill vessel with 100ml of giner ale, followed by 50ml of apple juice. 

  4. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and add lime wedge
